At-Home WOD

Strength: 6x Uphill Sprint 50m

3 Rounds for Time:
15x Pistols
10x Handstand Pushups

This WOD should be like a sprint, go all out!

  1. I did the uphill "sprints", I'm sure I looked like a turtle.
    Did the WOD but forgot to check the clock!
    I hate PISTOLS!!!
