Good luck to our athletes competing today at sportsfest!!! And for those who came out yesterday to workout in the rain, great dedication.

  1. First I want to thank Jag, Johnny andf the group for all your support this week. I have never felt so welcomed by people as I have been by you all. I did the wod and modified my push ups ... So with that I did 9 sets I am going out to do some cardio and look forward to seeing everyone monday. Thanks again

  3. Well, I was supposed to rest both days this weekend. I spent the weekend at Sports Fest cheering on all of our CF friends and watching the competitors push through some tough WODS and heavy weights. I decided that I needed to do something active. I started with double under practice. Then I moved into this WOD. I used a folded up yoga mat and a small pillow to help me with my HSPU. It was cool to see my head indentation on the pillow!
