You missed a good workout yesterday!

At Home WOD

Strength: 5x5 Overhead Squat

WOD: AMRAP 10
30x Tuck Jumps
10x Pullups

  1. OK, that was the worst WOD!
    First, I did not do overhead squats, my shoulders were killing me, so I did regular squats.
    Second, I turned the tuck jumps into 20in box jumps. Though I would get 5 rounds, NOT, finished 3 rounds and 35 reps. Call me a whoosie if you must.
