REST DAY

Take it easy today and rest up. Expect something heavy on Monday.

Rest Day Question:
What is your favorite WOD structure? (AMRAP, Rounds for Time, Tabata, Chipper, Intervals, Fight Gone Bad)

  1. I have no idea what Chipper is. I have mot tried Intervals in xfit. I would have to say fight gone bad.

    I don't really have a favorite WOD structure. I like them all, especially when I end up all hot and sweaty!

  3. I really enjoy the challenge of all the different WOD structures. I think each has its place in our workouts. I would get bored if the same structure was prescribed day after day! I don't have a favorite structure. I agree with Court...let's give Jag first hand experience in a chipper this week--just not on Tuesday because I won't be there. I am telling you early so I can't be accused of cherry picking :)!

  4. Ha, googled Chipper WOD's, sounds like fun to me! Actually fits the one I did on Friday when I couldn't get to Ronin.
