Rest Day Question:
In your own words, describe "the" optimal diet. How close does your actual diet stack up?

  1. Optimal diet for me would be vegan. I ate this way for 2 months last year and felt great. I was getting up easier, sleeping better and had a little less energy, but it felt like it was constant rather than spikes. All of it came to an end when I realized that I missed fish too much. It became apparent that it wasn't sustainable for me.
    Today I am Paleo. My downfall is ICECREAM! I cheat here and there, but I do not eat flour products ever.
