At Home WOD:

Tabata Pushups
Tabata Situps
Tabata Squats

To complete this workout, perform 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. A round is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Work a hard as you can on each round and record the total number of reps for each movement.

  2. Did it but added two more exercises, jump-rope and v-ups, had the time so why not?!
    The APP worked GREAT!

  3. I went to CF Honor on Saturday, August 4th. It took me 47:05 to complete the chipper WOD.
