Good job on the sprints yesterday, especially the ladies who had two "special" rounds.

30x Slamball
30x V-Ups
30x Pushups
30m Somersaults

BRING SOMETHING FOR DIPS IF POSSIBLE (RINGS, TWO BOXES, PARALLETTES, TWO FOLDING CHAIRS, etc)
