15x KB Swings
30x Double Unders

Don't forget, a heavy dumbbell can be used for the KB swings when a kettlebell is unavailable.

  1. Thanks for the heads up on Murph! I expect Friday to be a long one....On May 25th, I did Murph in 1 hour and 54 seconds BUT I used the green band for pull ups and I completed modified push ups! Hoping to see some progress on Friday!
